MEET MS. DEANNA / THE HEART BEHIND IT ALL

Where wonder
finds a way.

Hi, I’m Deanna Hunter. Most families know me as Ms. Deanna. My work began with people, long before it became a business or a foundation.

Caregiving, education, and working with people with disabilities taught me to look beyond a single approach. Homeschooling my six children—and helping families navigate virtual learning—made that lesson deeply personal.

I saw how much changes when we start with the child: their interests, their questions, their pace, and their need to feel connected.

Today, I bring curiosity, hands-on discovery, movement, nature, and joyful learning into the work I create for children and families.

With wonder, Ms. Deanna

CREATIVE WORK / IN DEVELOPMENT

Stories for little explorers.

A children’s picture-book series inspired by my six children, the wonder window, wildlife, and the discoveries tucked into everyday life.

A personal creative project, distinct from Academy and Foundation operations.

03 / A LITTLE WONDER

Big learning starts
with a small spark.

Follow a question. Notice something new. Give a child room to try. These are simple ways to bring my learning philosophy into your day.

01 / TRY TOGETHER

What could this become?

Gather a few blocks or cardboard boxes. Invite your child to build a bridge, a home, or something entirely their own.

ASK WITH CURIOSITY“What would you like to try next?”

Keep materials and movement suitable for your child’s age and abilities.

FOR MEDIA & CONVERSATIONS
